A Graduate of Kigali independent University with a bachelors degree in social sciences, Honore started working at the Kigali Genocide Memorial in 2004 as a guide. Since then he has hosted thousands of visitors including heads of state, other dignitaries and VIPs.

Honore has contributed to various projects related to the preservation of the memory of the Genocide against Tutsi and participated in training related to genocide prevention, education towards prevention of Genocide, conflict resolution and peace building in England, USA, Germany and Poland. He has travelled around the world participating in conferences and meetings to raise awareness of genocide, its sad past and the threat it represents for humanity.

Since 2010, Honore has run the Kigali Genocide Memorial on behalf of the Aegis Trust with responsibilities for the daily operations of the Centre covering visits, maintenance, psychological support and all other administrative tasks.
