Carine Rutari

Carine Mwiseneza Rutari is the senior communications Officer for the Aegis Trust Rwanda. She is responsible for communicating key messages to defined target audiences and stakeholders, promoting Aegis’ programmes in Rwanda and communicating their impact to the Rwandan community. She is passionate about behavioural change communications with several years of experience in crisis communications, electronic media, stakeholder relations and media outreach in the field of peace building, education, marketing, and government sectors. She holds a Degree in Journalism and Communication from the National University of Rwanda.
