Aline Muhongerwa

Aline MUHONGERWA is a driven professional woman with a solid experience of more than 20 years in Finance and Administration , Management, operation and Human resources . She proven the ability in Finance Management with Public, Private, National and International organizations. Her level of expertise falls in the Management of project Funds, Projects planning, Budget executions and implementations then Financial Management and Reporting.

Since 2013 to date, she has been working in Aegis Trust /Kigali Genocide Memorial as Chief accountant, Finance & Administration Manager. Currently she is Head of Finance and Administration where she managed and completed Sweden Government Embassy fundings for more than 12 billion DFID funding for almost 7 billion ; Belgian funding for 2 billions and other fundings received from different sources.

She contributed a lot to the organization growth both financially, strategically and operationally with proper measures of Financial policies and procedures practices together with strong support on procurement guidelines which contributed also to the sustainability of the Organization .

Academically, Aline is qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration & Management from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology and has completed different courses related to Finance, Management and Administration.

Aline has the capacity for inner sense of responsibility, hardworking, productive, stress management, result orientation and work completion spirit ,team work ,understanding and sustainable peace and development.
