Finance & Administration Manager
Aline Muhongerwa has more than 20 years experience in finance and administration, management, operations and human resources. With proven ability in financial management for public, private, national and international organizations, she has particular expertise in management of project funds, project planning, budget execution and implementation, and financial management and reporting.
Since 2013, she has been working at the Aegis Trust as Chief Accountant, Finance & Administration Manager. As Head of Finance and Administration she managed and completed Swedish Government Embassy funding of more than 12 million GBP; DFID funding of almost 6 million GBP; Belgian funding of 2 million Euros, and other funds received from different sources.
She has contributed to organizational growth financially, strategically and operationally with implementation of effective financial policies and procedures together with strong support on procurement guidelines which contribute to organizational sustainability.
Aline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration & Management from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology and has completed different courses related to Finance, Management and Administration.
