I have never experienced anything as humbling as what I felt at this memorial centre. I can’t even begin to comprehend what happened in 1994. I leave this place extremely confused. Confused because I have so many questions and no answers. I also leave this place praying and hoping that this story of Rwanda will be told forever and ever. It is a story of Rwanda’s past but it is a story of Africa, of ethnicity, a story of hatred and the consequences. It is a story that should be used as a basis for love, a story that should teach tolerance. Kindness and Love
